The MSI is a unique 15-thousand square meter space integrated into the education system. Each day at least 300 students attend the Institute. Its key mission is to train athletes and prepare cars for competitions using its cutting-edge technology and state-of-the-art equipment.

The Teo Motorsport team is represented in most various disciplines, including carting, Formula 3, International GT Open, and others. The team has been working on the Renault R4 project; it has launched its own rally programme, and is planning to debut in the World Rally Championship in the near future. For this very reason the MSI showed interest in the Russian crew.

After our visit to the MSI we felt like we wanted to become students again. It's great that they are training at the motorsport team base. The future specialists get plenty of practical training, and get to experience sports cars.

We spent quite a bit of time at the Technology Park where they work with their competition vehicles. The park has a Dynamic Department, a Composite Shop (autoclave) for making carbon parts, and a unique Chassis Department where you can have a simulation of any road or a special stage.

I really liked the department where athletes undergo tests and training. As the MSI General Manager Emilio de Villota says, a driver's constant physical and psychological perfection is just as important as the work on the car.
Since I've been practicing a lot on my computer simulator I was impressed by the development level of the Simracing Department. And of course Yaroslav and I were really fascinated by the unique museum with a large number of legendary race and rally cars, and we literally had to be dragged out of there."
